I know life is already expensive, and I believe counselling should be as accessible as possible. One way I keep costs lower is by running my practice fully online.
All sessions are offered remotely, so you can access therapy from the comfort and safety of your own space, no travel, no parking, no waiting rooms. Whether you’re at home, in your car on a break, or anywhere you feel calm, therapy can meet you where you are.
Sessions are held through secure Google Meet video calls to ensure your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) who are wanting to work through:

A safe, kind, and non-judgmental space
A therapist who genuinely listens and meets you where you are
Evidence-based, values-driven tools
Collaboration, respect, and transparency
Cultural safety and an affirming, neurodiversity-informed approach
You won’t get promises of quick fixes — but you will get honesty, compassion, and a genuine connection focused on your growth.
My practice is pluralistic and client-centered, meaning I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches while keeping you — your needs, preferences, and goals — at the centre of the work. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all; together we’ll explore what works best for you.
Some of the approaches I integrate include:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supporting you to notice, accept, and take action toward what truly matters.
Trauma-Focused ACT weaving in safety, grounding, and self-compassion when working through trauma.
Person-Centered Therapy (CCP) This humanistic approach is non-directive, meaning the client, not the therapist, leads the direction of therapy, while the therapist acts as a supportive facilitator..
Values-Based Work helping you reconnect with what gives your life meaning and direction.
Mindfulness and Compassion-Based Practices developing awareness and gentleness toward yourself and others.
Strengths and Solution-Focused Approaches recognising your existing resources and building on what’s already working.
Every person’s journey is unique — therapy is a collaborative process, shaped around you, your values, and your choices.
