I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) who are wanting to work through:
Anxiety, depression, and stress
Alcohol or other drug use
Trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD
Grief and loss
Identity and values exploration
Relationship or communication patterns
Life transitions and direction
Chronic pain or health-related issues
Self-worth, shame, and self-criticism.
I know life is already expensive, and I believe counselling should be as accessible as possible.
One way I keep costs lower is by running my practice fully online.
All sessions are offered remotely, so you can access therapy from the comfort and safety of your own space – no travel, no parking, no waiting rooms. Whether you’re at home, in your car on a break, or anywhere you feel calm, therapy can meet you where you are.
Sessions are held through secure Google Meet video calls to ensure your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
What I can offer you, is a safe, kind and compassionate space to explore the depths of Evidence Based Talk Therapy. I aim to be neuro-affirming and a strong ally.
I have expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) but I also know that not one model fits all. Regardless, you need to know that I believe that 'You are the expert of your life' you know yourself the best, you know what will and won't work for you and with that you have autonomy and control.
I also recognise my Pākeha privilege and stand as Tangata Te Tiriti.
You can find my referral form in the Services section.
After you’ve submitted the booking form, I’ll reach out to connect and discuss the next steps.
